Easy Proxy Finder is an application that searches for proxy servers.
The program has a modern design and a very simple interface with few options provided. All you have to do is click start and the app will begin to look for proxy servers. It has a very high speed of search and it can find in one minute almost one thousand servers. When the research is over, you get information about the IP address, the last update, the port, the country, the speed and the server’s type. The program has a 'How To Use' option that describes the steps of using this tool on browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Opera. You also have an ability to export a list of proxy servers to a selected format, such as .xls, .csv, .txt.
So, I wanted to try one of the found servers to see whether these proxy servers are actually anonymous. Because of its demo version, the IP address and the port are censored. Moreover, on the official website of the application, it’s said that it can create proxy server chains and it can change the proxies per time to ensure absolute protection. It is also mentioned that the tool will automatically stop or change the service if the current service is marked as bad or slow. But I can’t see any of those functions on the program. All this tool does is searching for proxy servers which I can’t even trust that are anonymous.
After all that has been said, my conclusion is that I don’t like this program because it doesn’t give you the possibility to actually try it. How should I trust a program that doesn’t let you check anything related to its functionality?! What if I buy the full version and all the proxy servers are real?! In my opinion, this application isn't worth trying.
- Fast search function
- Small guide about how to use the application
- Doesn’t do what the developers state on the official website
- The servers can’t be tested because of the demo version
